If ordering on this shopping cart or by e-mail, telephone or fax, all shipments must be paid at the time of purchase with credit card (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER), PayPal or with prior-established credit. DO NOT SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO US VIA EMAIL. Call, fax or mail it to us separately, if you need to. Be sure to include your expiration date and security code from the card. We do not retain any credit card information in digital form (on a computer).
PayPal – You will see the PayPal button on shopping cart checkout. Please be sure that the shipping address you enter is your confirmed PayPal address. Also, it is important that we have a telephone number in case we need to contact you regarding your order.
Orders which you mail in may be paid by credit card, money order or check. Please keep in mind that we cannot hold merchandise, while awaiting delayed money order or check payment. (For example: If you need a shoe which happens to be the last one in stock of that size, it may be sold by the time we receive your money order or clear your check. In that case, we will refund your payment for the unavailable merchandise.) All payments must be made in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank.

Shipping for online orders is usually calculated automatically and charged through the shopping cart procedure. If for some reason, the UPS computer, with which our shopping cart interfaces, does not generate a shipping amount, you will need to contact us. All orders incur shipping charges. If we receive an order through the system not containing a proper shipping charge, we will need to contact you. That may delay your order. We generally ship by UPS unless we receive specific shipping instructions otherwise. All merchandise is subject to a shipping charge F.O.B. Mercer, PA. Please give us your complete street address. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

We will be pleased to estimate a merchandise UPS arrival time. If you do not regularly receive packages from UPS, please let your local delivery person know to expect a package. Also let them know where to leave a package, if you are not home at time of delivery. If a few extra days have passed and the merchandise is not received, please contact us so we can trace your shipment. UPS is also offering a free service. If you provide us with your email address, UPS will send you an email when they pick up your package. They will provide you with an estimated arrival time and a tracking number so that you can track your package. We do not use your email address for any other purpose or give it to anyone but UPS or USPS, except in regard to your received order. UPS also indicates that they do not disclose email addresses.

To cancel your order, once placed, you need to call and speak with a Customer Service Representative. Email notification is not sufficient. If your order has been processed, there is a $25.00 restocking fee to cancel an order and/or a $15.00 fee to change an order.
All orders are doubly checked and carefully packed. If damage or shortage occurs, report immediately to the carrier for inspection as our liability ceases upon delivery to the carrier. If you wish to return applicable merchandise within 30 days, call for an authorization number. Not all merchandise may be exchanged or returned. For example, shoes with regular taps installed usually may not be exchanged or returned. Be sure to check on the specific item, if exchange or return options are important to you. Call us, when you are not sure. Please pack merchandise to be returned in the original packaging with your return address and instructions for replacement or refund.
